Since some fast food joints are already selling salads with chicken, how about fat-free or reduced fat and non hydrogenated meals such as sandwiches, pastas, home-made pizzas or burritos made like pizzas or subs. Whole wheat double fiber breads and whole wheat pastas. The option of turkey or chicken (all of which are cage free and fed natural and/or healthy food themselves) with vegetables or soy burgers or other such healthy options. The person getting it can order it before leaving their house or place of business and have it ready by the time they get there for specialty meals, or these meals can be prepared ahead of time and ready to go (heat and serve). Also a selection of fruits to go and healthy mixers of vegetable juices &/or fruit juices, low-fat milk or soymilk, as well as an offer of healing herbal sugar-free teas, fiber drinks, etc., if not just water or flavored water to quench the thirsty palate. And for people who are into health bars, diet bars or energy bars. And don’t forget a healthy selection of nuts for those who don’t want fowl or fish (which if offered can be done in a healthy way). Also maybe some type of Chinese dishes that won’t take long to fix.
And as far as cakes and pies, something low in fat and calories made with Splenda or all natural flavors (from the fruits and vegetables themselves) that won’t instantly jack up someone’s blood sugar levels. And some options in dark chocolate which is said to have antioxidants too. Real fruit pops and iced fruit to go in the summer. Heated cinnamin apples and pumpkins in the winter.
As for names: Healthy-topia, Healthy Eatery, Fitness Foods Plus, Health To Go, Health On A Bun, All Natural Food Delights.
