What % of people believe that obesity causes cancer, high-blood pressure, diabetes, cholesterol, heart-attack?
…and several more health risks, as claimed by doctors and medical researchers? What could be the natural and less expensive way to minimize or prevent all these risks?
Thanks for your helpful ideas!

According to scientific proof I would say 99%. It is a known factor that obesity causes many side effects. It is true however that one need not be obese in order to have any of the diseases to which you refer. Indeed, smoking is another such an argument. Many people have smoked all their life, had a drink and lived till a ripe old age, without any problems. Diet has much to do with this. Maybe the same applies to those who are obese, depending on their diet and lifestyle, could keep the arteries still clear, but the chances are much higher that they will contract one or all of the above problems, later in life. Again, at what age does obesity start. These days young children who are obese, suffer from diabetic conditions. The way to reduce the risk is exercise, a happy mind and keeping the mind active. Stress in combination with obesity increases the risk even more.
