What is the leading cause of high blood pressure in children?

I am trouble finding the answer to this, I am getting mixed answers.What is the leading cause of high blood pressure in children?
A. Obesity
B. High Sodium Intake
C. Insufficient Calcium Intake
D. Insufficient Potassium Intake

I think it is A, but I need a reassurance. Thanks for the help!

    A would be the best answer. Be cause the other 3 doesn’t contribute to high blood pressure.
