    1. Exercise. If you burn more calories than you take in, you won’t be obese anymore. Period.
    2. Diet. Low carbs and low fats works for most people. The bottom line is not to eat more calories than you can burn in a day.
    3. Avoid fatty foods. This will help prevent you from building more weight in terms of fat.
    4. If you’re trying to lose weight in general, don’t do high impact muscle workouts. This will prevent the addition of muscle weight, which is much heavier than fat. This is somewhat unrelated to obesity, but relevant to the topic in a general sense.
    5. Play sports. Any activity that increases your heart rate and makes you burn calories will help you stay thin, especially cardiovascular activities.
    6. Swim. Swimming is not only a fun way to burn calories, but it also adds tone to your muscles (if you have a low percentage of body fat).
    7. Use vitamin supplements as appropriate. This ensures that your digestion system is working properly and helps regulate your metabolism.
