in general people need to change their perception of what "food" really is. too many thing just because it’s for sale in a supermarket that is must be good for you which couldn’t be further from the truth. heavily processed foods have nothing except negative effects on the endocrine system which governs the human body. the only truly healthy foods are those that are naturally occurring and are provided by mother nature. low calorie diet foods and cereals are not healthy despite what the manufactures of them may claim. humans are designed to ingest all natural foods not man made food loaded with chemicals. these foods laden with chemicals are what’s causing many of the health problems in the US today.
