Does Accutane cause hyperlipidemia?

Posted by beeman | Hyperlipidemia | Tuesday 25 August 2009 8:13 am

My total cholesterol went from 150 to 188 in 14 months. I’m 33, healthy–BMI of 21, regular exercise, I almost never eat red meat and my daily cholesterol intake is always less than 50% of the RDA. No family hx of high cholesterol. What might have caused this increase?
