Obese children and free Gym memberships in S. Korea?

Posted by beeman | Obesity In Children | Thursday 5 November 2009 6:08 pm

I just read an article about how the government of South Korea is sponsoring gym memberships (among other things) for the overweight children in the country. Considering that the US is among the most obese countries in the world, should we adapt a similar program to target child obesity?

No, the United States Government SHOULD NOT adopt a program to assist the obese kids in the United States.

This is only another way (Democratic-style) of people mooching off free programs the United States has, or may offer, to the citizens and residents.

The cure for obese children has always been (although refused to be recognized) and should remain with -
