How do you bring down very high levels of blood serum triglyceride, without medication?

The problem referred to is familial hypertriglyceridemia and mixed hyperlipidemia.

    EXERCISE AND WEIGHT LOSS ALONG WITH A LOW CHOLESTEROL DIET. IF THIS DOESN’T WORK THEN MEDICATION WILL BE NECESSARY
