    There is no question that most fast food contains high levels of fat and empty calories and is generally not healthy for a person. To eat it once in a while wouldn’t make a difference but many Americans eat it every day. Some foreign countries that have fast food restaurants there are seeing an increase in obesity in their populations as well.
