Do you think that food stamps have contributed to the alarming rise in obesity in children?
Who thinks it should be done away with and start getting commodities (food line) with nutritious food for those that really deserve it. The others suck it up and get a job at Wal-mart or do the jobs the Mexicans are doing?
Wow. I have personally never heard that particular correlation, and frankly find it unbelievable. I have a friend with 3 children, who works full time and receives the princely sum of $34 a month in food stamps. Hardly an amount a family of 4 could use to eat to such excess that they would become obese.
